這是一次大膽的嘗試，也是偶設(shè)計(jì)的第三個創(chuàng)意電視墻，同是旋轉(zhuǎn)，但各有不同，第一次遇到的是一個臥室，我是屬長條形，于是在室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)了一道墻，電視可以旋轉(zhuǎn)，是在新制墻中間轉(zhuǎn)動的，第二次是電動旋轉(zhuǎn)的。

這次遇到的情況不一樣，墻體正面和背面分別是客廳和餐廳，業(yè)主喜歡就餐時看電視新聞，本著既要節(jié)能，又要環(huán)保的思路考慮，設(shè)計(jì)制作了旋轉(zhuǎn)電視墻，一是體現(xiàn)環(huán)保，電視機(jī)太多輻射就大，體現(xiàn)不了環(huán)保，二是考慮節(jié)能，一機(jī)兩用，環(huán)保節(jié)能。

制作、施工中遇到了麻煩問題，墻體從中分開，一半是輕體墻一半是承重墻，承重墻內(nèi)布滿鋼筋，工人把承重墻斷開一條縫隙后發(fā)現(xiàn)鋼筋很多，是絕不能拆除的，于是只得重新考慮方案，無奈之下產(chǎn)生了一個新方案。

旋轉(zhuǎn)電視墻制作起來其實(shí)并不復(fù)雜，好點(diǎn)的施工人員就可以制作出來，所謂復(fù)雜的地方主要是在設(shè)計(jì)方面，這要根據(jù)墻體的實(shí)際位置和場景來考慮，這次照片上顯示的旋轉(zhuǎn)電視架和以往我所做的不同，因?yàn)檫@個墻體一半是輕體墻，另一半是承重墻，無奈之下改變了原設(shè)計(jì)方案，將旋轉(zhuǎn)度定位在180度。

現(xiàn)將制作方法介紹給大家：

1、確定液晶電視的尺寸大小、形狀、體重和正常的安裝方法；

2、根據(jù)以上數(shù)據(jù)尋找合適材料，軸承、鋼管、4mm-5mm鋼板膨脹螺栓、電焊工具材料等；

3、墻面開洞，（比實(shí)際電視機(jī)要大出些，尤其是上下間距）為固定旋轉(zhuǎn)架做好準(zhǔn)備，

4、焊接，在鋼管兩頭焊接上軸承，注意軸承受熱后會變形影響后期旋轉(zhuǎn)，此外還要注意軸承和鋼管的平衡，然后在鋼管上焊接裁好的鋼板和支撐鏈接板，注意平衡，

5、在軸承芯內(nèi)焊接鋼管，鋼管單邊加焊鋼板，并開孔（膨脹螺栓固定時用），

6、焊接完成后可以固定旋轉(zhuǎn)架，將上下兩端法蘭板用膨脹螺栓固定在墻體中間，注意測量平衡和水平，然后水泥砂漿覆蓋底座和上部固頂端鋼板，

7、測試旋轉(zhuǎn)架的靈活性和水平程度，這就完成了架子的固定，

8、在鋼板適中位置上固定掛架，掛上液晶電視，再次測試旋轉(zhuǎn)平衡，確保沒問題后用原子灰披掛膩?zhàn)?，噴漆?/p>

9、用裝飾板材制作電視機(jī)框架，油漆飾面、裝飾。
